Healthy Eating the Easy Way

Today people are fed by the FOOD industry, which pays no attention to health and people are treated by the HEALTH industry, which pays no attention to FOOD! So on our quest to helping our Community achieve better health, we will be sharing with you about prevention through better nutrition.

This one hour seminar will take place at Health Screening of Temecula, 28410 Old Town Front Street, #111 in Temecula. So if you live in the Murrieta or San Diego areas be sure to attend, we are only a short drive away. Pre-registration is required by calling our office in Temecula at 951.972.2597.

This health fair is free and open to the public, and coincides with the 31st annual Carlsbad Triathlon on July 8. It will help residents live healthy inside and outside of the home. Attractions and demonstrations - A fun zone, unique relays, belly dancing, children's zumba, water color painting, agility tests, health seminars and more!

This expo is geared toward individual and family healthy lifestyles! There will be many different activities to keep everyone engaged. Attractions include unique relays, agility tests, seminars, plus live demonstrations for youth, teens, and adults. Everything needed to participate in a triathlon will be for sale. Also, lots of booths with health, fitness, and sporting supplies, triathlon accessories, nutritional supplements, and athletic services will be there.

An estimated 100,000 older Americans will participate in local fitness activities throughout the country. The Chamber event provides an opportunity for local health & wellness related businesses to promote their products and services. The event also features a variety of health related free screenings for community members. Nearly 70 health-related businesses will promote their products and services. In addition, a variety of free health-related screenings and demonstrations for the public will be featured throughout the event.

The North County Health Fair is FREE to the public and a great way to receive information, meet a new health specialist, take advantage of free screenings and to learn more about healthy living. The North County Health Fair will run concurrently with the popular Downtown Farmer Market.
